The Hero Athlete SL Pro is a true slalom race ski intended for competitors in the U12 to U14 categories. Size and flex are exactly matched according to the age and build of young athletes to suit their morphology and muscle strength. The idea is to provide the right weapons for every young hero to express themselves and progress.
The heart of the ski consists of a poplar core together with fiberglass. This gives the ski enormous fluidity and responsiveness. Poplar helps to maintain the ski's lively feel throughout its life.
Rectangular Sidewall constructions feature a horizontal layering of core materials (wood, fiberglass, metal, etc.) combined with full-length vertical sidewalls to deliver optimized edge grip, precision, balance, and power.
